Our mission is to provide companies and nonprofits with creative media to promote, educate and inform their client base.  Additionally, At The ROOTS Films creates original films and television programs that aim to provoke discussion on a variety of topics and ultimately have a positive impact on society. 

Founded in 1999 to produce the documentary A Place Called Home: An Adoption Story, At The ROOTS Films is a production company that services clients by producing creative documentaries and promotional videos to be utilized on the web or in DVD distribution.  Our original production, A Place Called Home, won a Crystal Heart Award at the Heartland Film Festival and the Audience Award at the Indianapolis International Film Festival before premiering on PBS.  A Place Called Home can now be seen by Indianapolis residents at Heartland On Demand on Channel 627 available to subscribers of Bright House Networks Digital Cable.  See our latest news for more details.
